What Bookwise does
Bookwise is a software product of DKMV TechX Consulting LLP. It provides dental clinics with tools to manage appointments, send automated reminders, and communicate with patients via WhatsApp — all under one platform operated by DKMV TechX Consulting LLP.
Clinics that use Bookwise do not operate their own WhatsApp Business accounts. Instead, DKMV TechX Consulting LLP operates the WhatsApp Business API on their behalf, sending and receiving messages through the Bookwise platform.

How clinics message patients
WhatsApp messages sent to patients on behalf of a clinic are transmitted through the Bookwise platform, operated by DKMV TechX Consulting LLP. The WhatsApp display name follows a standard format that clearly identifies both the platform and the clinic:
This naming convention ensures patients can identify both the clinic contacting them and the platform through which the message is sent. DKMV TechX Consulting LLP is responsible for all WhatsApp Business API usage under the Bookwise platform.
